A Reality TV Landmark
Records show that Kris Jenner and former Olympian Caitlyn Jenner (then known as Bruce Jenner) purchased the home in 2010 for $4 million. Built in the late 1990s, the two-story, 8,800-square-foot residence has been recently updated by celebrity designer Ryan Saghian. It features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and all-new furnishings—available for purchase at an additional $400,000.
Fans of the show will immediately recognize the grand double-height foyer, with its signature black-and-white checkered marble floor and sweeping bridal staircase. Beyond the entryway, a fireside living room is bathed in natural light from tall arched windows and French doors. The formal dining room leads into a chef’s kitchen, outfitted with dual islands, a striking black La Cornue range, and a butler’s pantry—complete with a frozen yogurt machine.
Additional amenities include a home office and a cozy family room with a wet bar. The luxurious primary suite offers a fireplace, a private balcony, a dedicated gym, and a spa-like bathroom with a steam shower. Outside, the meticulously landscaped grounds span over an acre, featuring a pool with a spa and waterfall, an open-air cabana with a fireplace, and multiple outdoor lounging and entertainment areas. A four-car garage completes the estate.
A New Chapter
“This home was an integral part of the show,” listing agent Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California told The New York Times. “But it isn’t just a house that was on TV. It’s a home where a family lived their lives—with good times, bad times, kids growing up, and all kinds of evolution.”
Jenner, who now stars in The Kardashians on Hulu, has since moved into another Hidden Hills residence, where she lives next door to her daughter Khloe Kardashian. The two purchased their neighboring estates a few years ago for $20 million and $17 million, respectively.
As for the famed KUWTK house, Jenner says she’s ready for it to start a new chapter. “I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family,” she told The New York Times. “I’m excited to see it become a special place for its next owners.”
