It looks like “King Henry” has his sights set on a new castle. After announcing plans to move to a larger home in Dallas to better accommodate his growing family—including longtime Texas-born girlfriend Adrianna Rivas and their two daughters—NFL star Derrick Henry is making another attempt to sell his current property.
The Baltimore Ravens running back first listed the home last year for nearly $1.8 million after purchasing it for around $1.7 million in 2022 while playing for the Tennessee Titans. Now, the modern residence is back on the market at a reduced price of $1.6 million, with Julie Provenzano of Compass handling the listing.
A Sleek, Modern Retreat
Built in 2021, the contemporary stucco and wood-sided home sits on a flat parcel of less than a quarter acre in Dallas’ Inwood Park neighborhood, about six miles from downtown. Spanning roughly 4,200 square feet, the two-story residence offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an airy, open-concept design featuring tile and hardwood floors, soaring 20-foot ceilings, automated shades, and expansive walls of glass.
The main level is highlighted by formal living and dining areas that seamlessly extend to a covered patio through sliding glass doors. The patio, warmed by a fireplace, overlooks a turf-clad backyard. Nearby, a spacious family room leads to a sleek, eat-in kitchen outfitted with a waterfall-edge quartz island, matching backsplash, high-end stainless steel appliances, and a walk-in pantry. A guest suite with a private entrance has been converted into a home office.
Upstairs, a dramatic floating staircase leads to three additional bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite. This retreat features a built-in projector for movie nights, a custom walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom with a striking black-and-white marble wet room, a black soaking tub, and a two-person shower. Outside, a gated driveway leads to a grass-lined motor court and an attached three-car garage.
A Football Star’s Move to Baltimore
Henry, a Florida native, fell in love with Dallas while training there during the off-season with the Titans, according to The Wall Street Journal. The 31-year-old running back, a Heisman Trophy and National Championship winner at the University of Alabama, was drafted by the Titans in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft. He went on to lead the league in rushing yards for consecutive seasons, earn multiple Pro Bowl appearances, and be named the 2020 Associated Press NFL Offensive Player of the Year. After eight seasons in Tennessee, Henry signed with the Ravens in 2024.
