Luke Bryan has finally sold his stunning oceanfront mansion in Florida, and he’ll walk away with a big payday even though the buyer got a great deal on the luxury property.
Bryan initially listed his 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 4,645-square-foot beach house in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., for $18 million in December of 2022.
He dropped the price to $16 million in February of 2022, then lowered the asking price to $14.95 million in June of 2023.
Bryan then dropped his asking price to $12.95 million in May of 2024, and the property finally received an offer, going into pending status in early August of 2024.
According to online real estate sites, the deal on Luke Bryan’s Florida mansion closed on Aug. 27, with a final selling price of $11.5 million.
That breaks down to $2,476 per square foot and a monthly payment of $64,253.
Though Bryan slashed the price significantly, he still made $9 million on the sale; the country superstar paid $2.5 million for the spectacular property in 2013.

Highlights of Bryan’s coastal estate include 95 feet of Gulf frontage, Southern-style wraparound porches, a private gate and pool, elevated ceilings, heart pine floors and more.
Exposed beams, an open floor plan and a chef’s kitchen are among the other luxurious amenities included in the estate.
