Public Reacts to the First-Ever Photo of Tiffany Trump’s Newborn Son

President Donald Trump’s daughter has just given birth, making him a grandfather for the 11th time and adding to his increasing number of grandchildren.

Tiffany Trump has welcomed her first child with husband Michael Boulos. Alongside the birth announcement, she revealed their son’s name and posted a photo that sparked reactions across social media.

Tiffany shared the joyful news on Instagram with a heartfelt caption, “Welcome to the world our sweet baby boy, Alexander Trump Boulos. We love you beyond words! Thank you for coming into our lives! 5.15.2025 👶🏻.”

She paired the announcement with a black-and-white photo that captured a tender moment — her hand gently holding the baby’s foot. In the image, Alexander’s tiny arm is also visible, adorned with a hospital identification band.

The first photo of Tiffany’s newborn son led to numerous comments, some sweet, others cheeky, and a few downright bizarre. One person couldn’t hold back their excitement, simply exclaiming, “Omg.”

Another fan was overwhelmed with emotion, penning, “What a miracle. You guys will be the BEST parents, baby is so blessed💙💙💙.” Zooming in on the tiny details, someone gushed“Those toessssss [sic] 😍.” Noticing a particular feature, a viewer commented“Aw has his grandfather’s wrinkles.”

But not everyone was convinced everything looked quite right. “Ummm that is not a normal foot!!” someone observed bluntly. In a more humorous take, one person noted“His foot looks like his grandfather’s face.”

Another person was concerned, asking“Are those bone spurs?” The bone spurs the commenter spoke of are smooth bony growths that often form due to aging, arthritis, or injury. They usually cause no symptoms, but treatment is available if they become painful. Surgery is only considered when other options fail.

Another commenter suddenly shifted from baby talk to paperwork, questioning“Is he an American citizen? Does the father have a green card?” Finally, one person decided to address the tone of the discussion itself, “Don’t say anything if you have nothing nice to say 🤪.”

Tiffany has made her father, Donald Trump, a grandfather for the 11th time. At his inauguration on January 20, 2025, she was six months pregnant and proudly attended the historic event.

Dressed in a beautiful gown, she celebrated the milestone — her growing baby bump and her father’s return to the presidency — as Donald took on the nation’s highest office once again.

Additionally, just a month ago, as she and her husband prepared to welcome their son, Tiffany was honored with a special baby shower. The celebration was a joyful occasion dedicated to the baby and soon-to-be-mom, filled with love, well-wishes, and excitement for the new chapter ahead.

Tiffany shared photos from the occasion on Instagram, writing, “1 month to go! Thank you to my big sis @ivankatrump for planning the most beautiful baby shower, we love you! 🐇🥕🤍.”

Tiffany and Michael are now stepping into their new role as parents. The couple tied the knot on November 12, 2022, at Mar-a-Lago, Donald’s Florida estate. Marking the occasion, Michael shared photos from their wedding day with a loving caption that read, “@tiffanytrump I will love you forever! ❤️❤️ 11.12.2022.”

Now, baby Alexander is joining their forever journey, becoming the newest member of the ever-growing Trump family.

Donald adores his grandchildren and has a close bond with them. This was evident when his grandson, Theo, gave a special piano performance for him at the White House, a heartwarming moment captured in a video shared by his mother, Ivanka.

The eight-year-old’s appearance and musical debut quickly captured attention across social media, highlighting the affection that runs through the Trump family.

Ivanka posted the video clip on X on the afternoon of April 29, 2025, writing, “Theo debuting his first original composition for Grandpa last night at The White House,” with a heart-faced emoji.

The video showed the youngster, dressed in an off-white suit, seated behind a piano as he played his own musical composition. Theo’s grandfather stood nearby, watching his grandson perform.

The event, though brief, offered a glimpse into a personal family moment inside the historic residence. Ivanka’s post highlighted the performance as Theo’s first original piece, suggesting a budding musical interest in the young Kushner.

Reactions to the performance were swift, and comments across platforms showed a mix of sentiments. Several people reacted to the moment on Instagram.

One person wrote“Poor kid looked very awkward and under pressure [sic].” Another commented“Wow he’s so big. I can’t believe he’s so big now. I remember when he was born. What a handsome guy.”

Ivanka welcomed Theodore James Kushner on March 27, 2016, at 5:43 p.m. At the time, she wrote on X, “Jared and I feel incredibly blessed to announce the arrival of Theodore James Kushner. Xx Ivanka.”

Theo is the youngest of Ivanka and Jared’s three children. His older siblings are Arabella Rose and Joseph Frederick.

In the recent video, Theo sat at a historic grand piano with deep roots in White House tradition. The instrument is the 300,000th Steinway, presented to President Franklin D. Roosevelt on December 10, 1938, by Mr. Theodore Steinway.

Designed as a “State Piano,” the case was made from Honduran mahogany and features gold leaf decorations by muralist Dunbar Beck. These illustrations depict five musical traditions considered native to America, including a New England barn dance and an Indian ceremonial dance.

Sculptor Albert Stewart crafted the three eagle-shaped legs from gilded mahogany. Although originally placed in the East Room, the piano now typically resides in the Entrance Hall and is often used during formal events.

Theo’s interest in music appears to be one of many talents. Earlier this year, on March 19, Ivanka shared a post celebrating her son’s first flag football tournament.

“This weekend was truly special—Theo, playing quarterback, participated in his first flag football tournament, and the team advanced to the championship game held at Dallas Cowboys’ practice stadium—a dream come true for my football-loving eight-year-old,” she wrote.

She described the experience as a “proud mom moment,” commending Theo and his team, the 305ers, for their performance and teamwork.

More recently, Ivanka highlighted another memorable moment involving her son during a White House event. “Celebrating with champions at the White House today! Congratulations to the @philadelphiaeagles on an amazing season and Super Bowl win!” she wrote in a caption.

“My highlight of the day? Theo challenging @saquon to a race in the Rose Garden after my father wisely demurred! 😂 Thanks Saquon for being such a great sport!” concluded Ivanka.

Through this short yet meaningful performance, Theo not only honored his grandfather but also added a new note to the long history of music within the presidential residence — one built on tradition, talent, and personal legacy.
