It appears that Melania Trump is finally coming out of her shell.
The first lady made a rare public appearance while attending President Trump’s Easter Egg Roll at the White House in Washington, DC on Monday. Many found it hard to accept that this is the same Melania who refused to walk side by side with her husband now is holding his hand and even planting a kiss here and there.
The first lady was by her partner’s side to greet the most adorable guests at the post-Easter event held on the South Lawn.
Melania and Donald were seen blowing whistles in tandem to signal for the kids to start the annual egg roll competition.
Later during the day, Melania was seen reading Sadler’s book, ‘Bunny With a Big Heart’, to a small group of kids.
The former model appeared so chic in a natural trench coat tied at the waist and green pointed-toe pumps.
She was in high spirits throughout the day of fun and was captured smiling with kids at several activity stations. There was even one point where she and Donald held hands and were even seen kissing her on the cheek. ‘A very happy Easter to everyone’- the president shared with the audience while kicking off the festivities.
