The final days of actress Pamela Bach, ex-wife of David Hasselhoff, have been revealed following her tragic passing at age 62.
Bach, best known for her role in Baywatch, died by suicide at her Hollywood Hills home on March 5. An autopsy report from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed that she passed away from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to The New York Post.
Now, neighbors and loved ones are sharing heartbreaking details about her final days.
Neighbors Recall Bach’s Final Days
Speaking to The Daily Mail, Bach’s neighbor Hiromi Osiecki, 65, recalled seeing the actress just two days before her passing.
“I last saw her on Monday while she was taking out the trash,” Osiecki said. “She looked sad.”
Her husband, John Osiecki, described Bach as friendly and talkative, making her sudden passing all the more shocking.
“She would talk to a lot of people when she walked her dogs,” he said. “She didn’t seem like the type of person who would want to kill herself.”
According to the Osieckis, it was Bach and Hasselhoff’s 32-year-old daughter, Hayley, who tragically discovered her mother’s body around 9 PM that evening.
“She was hysterical—yelling, screaming, crying in the street,” Hiromi Osiecki recalled. “She was saying, ‘I just want to get my car.’”
A Life in the Spotlight
Born in Oklahoma, Pamela Bach rose to fame in the 1980s and 1990s as both an actress and the wife of David Hasselhoff.
She first met Hasselhoff in 1985 on the set of Knight Rider, and the two later married in 1989. They had two daughters, Taylor (34) and Hayley (32), before divorcing in 2006 after 16 years of marriage.
While their divorce was finalized shortly after, reports indicate that they had legal disputes over spousal support that lasted until 2017.
Bach appeared alongside Hasselhoff in Baywatch from 1991 to 2000, cementing her place in Hollywood history.
David Hasselhoff and Family Speak Out
Following Bach’s passing, David Hasselhoff, 72, shared a heartfelt statement:
“Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff,” he said, as reported by the BBC. “We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time, but we kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time.”
Their daughter, Hayley Hasselhoff, also paid tribute to her mother by posting a photo of her parents on Instagram, accompanied by a white heart emoji.
Bach’s last social media post, shared on January 1, now reads as a poignant farewell:
“My heart is full of gratitude, especially for my precious grandbaby, London.”
She continued:
“Watching her grow and seeing her smile light up my world is truly the greatest blessing. My wish for all of you this year is health, happiness, and an abundance of love.”
Bach’s representative, Sharon Kelly, also issued a statement to TMZ, expressing condolences:
“My heart goes out to her family—her beautiful daughters and granddaughter, whom Pamela constantly gushed about and loved so dearly.”
