Singer Carrie Underwood was left feeling low after last night’s live performance of the national anthem at Donald Trump’s inauguration.
The American Idol winner faced a major tech glitch where the background music and band stopped playing all of a sudden. This meant the star was left in the cold to perform all alone.
While she did do an incredible job with her fabulous vocal skills, the star was soon seen throwing a hissy fit after the performance.
She spoke about how it was sad to see how she was not given the same respect as other leading artists. This includes the likes of Beyonce and Lady Gaga who were also bestowed with the same honor in the past.
Sources shared how the star was hit by shocking tech difficulties on Monday which forced her to perform a capella thanks to the issues with the background track.
The 41-year-old star was furious over the fact that no stage was given to her like those who performed at similar events in the past.
This had to do with the fact that the entire event was moved indoors last minute on Friday due to extreme cold weather which was predicted for Monday.
Carrie spoke about how things like these do impact performances and that’s why she was left feeling discontent over the singing.
‘She had limited space, no stage, and no background track for support. This made her so cramped and uncomfortable’- an insider shared. She was furious and demanded an apology with an explanation for this.
