Harrison Ford’s former estate in a very high-dollar part of Los Angeles is currently for sale, and the buyer will actually be getting a very sweet deal on the luxury property.
Ford — who currently stars as Jacob Dutton in the Yellowstone prequel 1923 — paid a million dollars for the 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom, 7,164-square-foot estate in 1983.
Ford worked as a carpenter before his success, and he reportedly designed and installed some of the ornate woodwork in the residence as part of a complete renovation.
The actor sold the house to Kevin Reilly, the former Chief Content Officer of HBO Max, for $8.2 million in 2012. Reilly then sold it to Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel for $12 million in 2016, and Speigel listed the estate for sale in March of 2024, asking $19,950,000.

The remarkable property did not attract a buyer at that price, and Speigel reduced his asking price to $17.75 million in July. That price breaks to $2,478 per square foot and a monthly payment of $115,484.
The highlights of the spectacular home include:

- A brick courtyard with an arched entryway.
- A soaring two-story foyer that features intricate paneling and a skylight.
- A gourmet kitchen with a breakfast nook and banquette.
- A primary suite with high ceilings, a marble bath and dual closets.
- A pool and pool house with a separate catering kitchen.
- A guest house with two stories.
