Lori Loughlin’s Hidden Hills Estate Returns to the Market at a Reduced $16.5 Million

Nearly a year after first hitting the market with a $17.5 million price tag, Lori Loughlin’s Southern California estate in the exclusive, guard-gated community of Hidden Hills remains unsold.

Now, after a brief hiatus, the modern farmhouse-style property is back on the market—this time with a reduced asking price of $16.5 million. The listing is held by Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate and Marc Shevin of Douglas Elliman.

The Full House actress and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, purchased the home in summer 2020 for $9.5 million. Originally built in 2018, the couple undertook extensive renovations, enhancing the two-story residence, which spans nearly 12,000 square feet. Set on over an acre in the coveted Ashley Ridge Estates enclave, the property boasts six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, along with maple floors, soaring ceilings, and sliding glass doors that create seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces.

A Spacious and Elegant Retreat

The main level features a dramatic fireside living area beneath a striking sky-lit ceiling, as well as a formal dining room positioned across from a climate-controlled wine closet. Additional highlights include a cozy family room with a fireplace, which connects to a casual dining space and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with custom white oak cabinetry, marble countertops, and top-tier appliances.

Beyond the common areas, the home also offers a private office, a movie theater, and a gym. The lavish primary suite boasts a marble fireplace, a private balcony, and dual spa-inspired bathrooms.

Resort-Style Grounds with Stunning Views

The picturesque, mountain-view grounds are dotted with olive trees and designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool and spa, a bocce court, a fire pit, and a built-in barbecue area. An attached four-car garage provides ample parking.

A High-Profile Homeowner

Loughlin and Giannulli, who were at the center of the 2019 college admissions scandal involving their daughters Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose, also own a $13 million vacation home at the ultra-exclusive Madison Club in California’s Coachella Valley. Their celebrity neighbors there include Apple CEO Tim Cook, Nike founder Phil Knight, Justin Bieber, and several members of the Kardashian family.
