Donald Trump Lashes Out After Damning New Poll Reveals What Americans Really Think
Donald Trump has launched a scathing attack in response to a new poll that lays bare how the American public feels about his presidency — just five months after he returned to the White House.
Since being sworn in as the 47th President of the United States in January, Trump vowed to take a markedly different approach than his predecessor, Joe Biden. True to form, the Republican leader has rolled out a flurry of executive actions and policies, many of which have stirred controversy across the political spectrum.
The most headline-grabbing of these is his so-called “Big Beautiful Bill” — a sweeping legislative package that has divided lawmakers and sparked outrage in tech and business circles. The bill recently led to a very public fallout with Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who branded the legislation an “abomination,” prompting a fiery response from the president.
Trump’s reaction to the latest poll — which suggests his approval ratings are under pressure — has only added fuel to the fire, as he continues to battle criticism from both sides of the aisle.
There’a also been anti-ICE protests that have engulfed LA, while rising tensions in the Middle East between Israel and Iran have even seen Trump get involved.

Many opinion polls on the president have been released in recent weeks, where participants were asked to judge Trump on a variety of different issues, including how he’s handled the economy, immigration, and foreign policy.
A new poll conducted by Fox News found 46 percent approve of Trump’s handling of immigration, while 53 percent disapprove.
As for foreign policy, a lowly 43 percent stated they approve of Trump’s way on the world stage, but 57 percent disapprove of the president in that area.
Those surveyed were also unimpressed with how Trump has handled the economy and inflation so far, strong points from the president’s first term.
After the poll was published on Fox News, Trump took to his Truth Social account to issue a scathing response.

The president wrote: “The Crooked FoxNews Polls got the Election WRONG, I won by much more than they said I would, and have been biased against me for years. They are always wrong and negative. It’s why MAGA HATES FoxNews, even though their anchors are GREAT.
“This has gone on for years, but they never change the incompetent polling company that does their work. Now a new FoxNews poll comes out this morning giving me a little more than 50% at the Border, and yet the Border is miraculously perfect, NOBODY WAS ABLE TO COME IN LAST MONTH.
“60,000 people came in with Sleepy Joe in the same month last year. I hate FAKE pollsters, one of the Worst, but Fox will never change their discredited pollster!”
The Fox News poll wasn’t all doom and gloom for Trump, however, as 53 percent of those polled said they approve of the president’s handling of border security, compared to 46 percent who don’t.
The outlet notes that the survey ‘includes interviews with a sample of 1,003 registered voters randomly selected from a national voter file’.
