Kate Hudson appeared worse for wear during a lively night out in NYC on Monday, while her fiancé, Danny Fujikawa, looked less than amused.
The 45-year-old actress struggled to keep her eyes open as she leaned against a doorframe around 2 a.m., drink in hand, after a boozy evening. Meanwhile, Fujikawa, 38, observed the scene with a stern expression as Hudson laughed with friends and even lifted her leg high in the air following her performance at the Soho Sessions.
Despite her animated behavior, the star still managed to turn heads in a chic gray coat, paired with smoky eye makeup and tousled locks. At one point, she appeared to break into song while gesturing to her companions before holding hands with a mystery man.
“I’m the Biggest Flirt on the Planet”
Hudson’s night out comes on the heels of her candid interview with Bustle, where she admitted to having a naturally flirtatious personality.
“I’m the biggest flirt on the planet,” she confessed. “Anybody who’s ever been with me knows that I flirt with everyone—girls, boys. Thank God Danny is my partner. He can handle this. I met the right guy.”
Hudson shares three children: 20-year-old Ryder with ex-husband Chris Robinson, 12-year-old Bingham with former fiancé Matt Bellamy, and five-year-old Rani with Fujikawa.
Navigating a “Patchwork” Family
Last year, Hudson opened up to People about managing the dynamics of her blended family, describing it as a “patchwork” but full of love.
“We are very connected, and we are very close. Love can change form. In our modern family, there’s so much love for all the kids,” she said.
She emphasized that her children have a strong support system, even viewing their half-siblings as one big extended family.
“My exes’ daughters and Rani are like sisters,” she explained. “What we’ve built is rare, and it’s something I’m really proud of.”
The Glass Onion star also revealed that she enjoys looking after her step-niece, Lovella, the four-year-old daughter of her brother-in-law.
“I’m like, ‘Yeah, bring her over!’ And I sit with all the kids, feeling so grateful for this big, beautiful family unit,” she said. “Everyone is open to it, and the kids feel loved, protected, and safe. That’s what matters most.”
