President Donald Trump has made it very clear to the world that he’s making some serious changes to the US to help make America great again.
Part of his long list of immediate executive orders included reshaping the military with acts like banning trans service members from serving in the armed forces.
This will rid the military of its pride in being diverse and also remove any programs designed for equity and inclusion, sources have confirmed.
The plan will also entail reinstating back pay service members who ended up getting discharged for not getting the COVID-19 vaccine during the pandemic.
Trump shared in his statement how the executive orders will come into play with immediate effect as per reports from officials in the White House.
The orders were first reported by the New York Post and come as Trump’s nominee to lead the Pentagon, Pete Hegseth was sworn in on Saturday as the Secretary of Defense.
Just a few hours after he was sworn in for leading the second term, Trump signed an order revoking the Biden administration’s move to allow trans members to serve in the armed forces.
