According to reports from local media outlets, the duke’s first court hearing under President Trump is set to arise after calls to have it scheduled were on the rise.
The Duke of Sussex managed to secure a major victory in September after a judge ended up ruling that his American visa would stay private after the Heritage Foundation did a lot to try and have it released.
This was done to prove if he had any past drug use. Now, a federal judge ended up ordering Harry and his think tank to make a court appearance in the capital.
The date for the hearing is now February 5 at 2 pm in Washington as reported by the Daily Mail. This will mark his first court appearance since his return to the White House after the ex-working royal’s visa status was thrown into jeopardy after his memoir Spare was released in 2023.
